Whether you run a single center or manage a multi-location chain, there's value here. The earlier you join, the more you benefit from the operations resources and professional network.

Every Tuesday morning, you receive a curated briefing covering: center operations case studies with real ROI data, league management software reviews and best practices, equipment innovations and buyer's guides, modernization trends (FECs, tech integration, F&B upgrades), regulatory and USBC compliance updates, industry salary surveys and hiring trends, and vendor/supplier spotlights. No fluff, no sales pitches โ€” just actionable intelligence from industry veterans. Archives of past issues are available to members.

Yes. Members have access to online training covering: league management software (CDE, LeaguePals, Brunswick Sync tutorials), lane maintenance and conditioning protocols, modernization planning and financing, youth program development, tournament organization, and USBC compliance requirements. We also host quarterly webinars with industry experts. Certificates are valuable for staff training and demonstrating professional development to investors or lenders.

After joining, you'll receive login credentials via email. The member portal includes: complete newsletter archives dating back to 1998, downloadable operations guides and checklists, equipment buyer's guides and vendor directories, league management templates and tools, member directory for networking by region, and exclusive webinar recordings.
